“My mum thought me how to cook, and then I went to catering school in Paris and worked in France for 10 years. I came to England to learn the language, but I ended up staying! I might go back to France one day but I am happy here. I have no plans to move just yet” Patrick says.

Wonderful Afternoon Tea, I was a little sceptical at first when my granddaughter lead me into the University building. However, the afternoon tea was delicious with ample sandwiches and the moistest sponge cakes I’ve had in a while! All this food whilst looking out on the most heavenly views of the river. I will definitely visit again
